Our Stay in the 2bd 2 bath apartment Paddington was absolutely wonderful! So easy for us to find straight off the Heathrow Express ( booked Heathrow Express 45+ days in advance for only 10gbp each such a bargain compared to transfers/ uber and honestly only took 15 mins from airport to apartment) the apartment is exactly as decribed and pictured, and more than adequate for family of 5 ( 4 females and dad!) so two bathrooms were so handy and both were spotlessly clean as was the entire apartment, i am a clean freak bordering OCD and the whole apartment could not be faulted. We made use of the living room sofa bed. We were happy to stay in paddington, easy to access everything for us first time visitors, we walked alot, got the underground and caught the busses for a more scenic experience from paddington bus stop H and also Lancaster Gate/ Bayswater Rd. We will definetly return to this apartment ( already planning) and will recommend highly to anyone. Thanks so much Alex and team.

Alex muy atento y amable, olvidamos un objeto y fue de gran ayuda y disposición en el envío. Check out muy puntual, todo super limpio, buena ubicación con metro y trenes cerca. Consejo: la luz del baño se apaga tocando el borde del espejo.

Quoi de mieux que de se sentir comme chez soi à Londres? Nous sommes ravis d’avoir logé dans ce sublime appartement, très bien situé. Le quartier est génial! Propreté irréprochable, consignes très claires et accessibilité facile! Tout était parfait!

Estive no apartamento durante 14 dias com minha esposa e duas crianças em viagem de turismo. A localização é excelente. O bairro é ótimo, com metro e ônibus na mesma quadra. Várias opções de supermercados e restaurantes variados. O apartamento é funcional, limpo, confortável e bem equipado.

La estancia en el apartamento de Alex fue excelente! El departamento es grande y muy cómodo. Todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Vajilla, toallas, el baño amplio. La zona es muy linda. La cuadra es preciosa y esta a media cuadra de la principal y a 5' caminando de la parada del metro. Esta muy cerca de Kensignton, se puede ir caminando a visitar. Muchas gracias Alex!!!!

The property is as described, well maintained, and is convenient to exploring the city while also provides for quiet time if you need it. Host is very responsive and is available when needed. We will definitely check this place out again the next time we’re in town.

Great place to stay! Easy to walk to SOHO, Piccadilly, Covent Garden, Leicester Square.... The list goes on. The unit had plenty of space for a family of 5 adults and a baby. Rooms are spacious by London standards. Three bathrooms were great. Neighborhood is quiet yet close to restaurants and pubs. If I was traveling with a large group again I would definitely try and stay in this flat. The flat was very clean upon our arrival. Free of clutter. Easy to get into. The lift is a bit slow and the flat is on a mid floor with no lift so no way to get to the flat without taking some stairs. Just good to know if you have heavy luggage or walking issues. Not uncommon in London and other European cities. Alex was responsive to emails and very accommodating with last minute requests and questions. He is a good host.

The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk from Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate Station, with bus stops nearby for easy access around London. The unit was clean and well-equipped with basic cooking utensils, making it perfect for short to medium-term stays; we stayed for a week and it was very comfortable. Grocery stores are close by, which was very convenient as we were traveling with two children and could easily find snacks and essentials. The host was excellent—proactive in checking on our arrival and always responsive, with quick replies whenever needed. Highly recommended

We had a great stay at Alex’s place! He was responsive when we had questions and check in was a piece of cake! Also the place was in the perfect location!
