We received all the necessary informations when needed. All the instructions were very clear and Alex was very quick to respond to our messages. The apartment was perfectly located, clean and comfy. Very cose to Sainsbury's which stays open until 11 PM. Great pubs and restaurants around. Very close to Earl's court station and on fantastic underground lines. We loved it and we would stay again in Alex's apartment. We recommend it 100%

Excelente departamento tal cual la descripción. Alex estuvo atento constantemente y respondía rapidísimo a cualquier pregunta. Con respecto a la ubicación no podría ser mejor! Sin dudas volveríamos a elegirlo.

Die Lage ist super, 3min. zur Paddington Station wo man alles erreichen kann! Die Ausstattung ist sehr schön gewählt, wir waren 2 Muttis und 2 Mädels im Alter von 9 Jahren. Dafür war es echt perfekt, jeder hatte sein Zimmer + Bad was richtig gut war. In Deutschland sucht man solche Appartements manchmal vergebens. Es war alles so wie es beschrieben war ! Richtig, richtig toll ! Matratzen sind für uns perfekt gewesen (etwas härter und nicht durchgelegen) wir hatten das Apartment unten, was im Dunkeln bei Ankunft erstmal gewöhnungsbedürftig war aber dann überrascht es einen komplett. Da gibt es nichts ! Das einzige sind die Decken , es gibt nur eine große... Für unsere paar Tage hat es nichts ausgemacht. Aber das zähle ich nicht ins negative rein.

This was our third stay at Holbeach on Nassau street. PVL is a great group to work with. Their apartments are clean and comfortable. We have reservations with them and will always book with PVL any time!!!

The property was just wonderful. Close to everything. Paddington tube, buses. Lots of restaurants etc. It was also really clean. The staff were also really attentive- considering it was all virtual. Easy check in too. We would definitely stay here again. I could be really nitpicking… but I won’t. It was lovely and we will book here again. Of the three London/ Edinburgh locations we stayed at. This was the best!

Really enjoyed my stay in this beautiful flat! The traditional high ceilings and large windows gave it so much charm, and the space was both comfortable and cosy. I especially loved the private balcony perfect for relaxing in the evening. The entrance and stairs were spotless, which added to the overall experience. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Tube and close to everything Earl’s Court has to offer. Would definitely stay here again

Tolle Unterkunft 👍🏻 Alles so wie beschrieben und wie auf Fotos gezeigt. Super Kommunikation, einfaches check-in. Alles notwendige in der Wohnung vorhanden. Sehr sauber👍🏻 Empfehlen es sehr und kommen sicher wieder, falls wir nach London kommen.

We loved our stay at this beautiful apartment! Such an easy walk to Hyde Park and a close walk to Paddington Station, as well. It was immaculate inside and it made for an easy slow morning waiting for the rain to clear so we could keep exploring London. So thankful we found this place!

I had a great stay at Alex’s place! Super close to the metro and had a bunch of shops and restaurants to try! The apartment itself was spacious and clean and we really enjoyed our time!

Alex and team were very responsive and the flat was a perfect home base for me, my husband and teen son for a week in London. The flat was clean, (lots of toilet paper and bath towels...not something you find in many AirBNBs) in a great location steps from any type of food or activity you can dream of. Short walk to Tesco for groceries and treats and same for the Tube. We were in a street level flat and the exterior door lock to the building is a bit noisy with people coming in and out at all hours otherwise the perfect location for a great trip. Thank you, Alex!!
