La estancia en el apartamento de Alex fue excelente! El departamento es grande y muy cómodo. Todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Vajilla, toallas, el baño amplio. La zona es muy linda. La cuadra es preciosa y esta a media cuadra de la principal y a 5' caminando de la parada del metro. Esta muy cerca de Kensignton, se puede ir caminando a visitar. Muchas gracias Alex!!!!

The property is as described, well maintained, and is convenient to exploring the city while also provides for quiet time if you need it. Host is very responsive and is available when needed. We will definitely check this place out again the next time we’re in town.

Great place to stay! Easy to walk to SOHO, Piccadilly, Covent Garden, Leicester Square.... The list goes on. The unit had plenty of space for a family of 5 adults and a baby. Rooms are spacious by London standards. Three bathrooms were great. Neighborhood is quiet yet close to restaurants and pubs. If I was traveling with a large group again I would definitely try and stay in this flat. The flat was very clean upon our arrival. Free of clutter. Easy to get into. The lift is a bit slow and the flat is on a mid floor with no lift so no way to get to the flat without taking some stairs. Just good to know if you have heavy luggage or walking issues. Not uncommon in London and other European cities. Alex was responsive to emails and very accommodating with last minute requests and questions. He is a good host.

The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk from Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate Station, with bus stops nearby for easy access around London. The unit was clean and well-equipped with basic cooking utensils, making it perfect for short to medium-term stays; we stayed for a week and it was very comfortable. Grocery stores are close by, which was very convenient as we were traveling with two children and could easily find snacks and essentials. The host was excellent—proactive in checking on our arrival and always responsive, with quick replies whenever needed. Highly recommended

The apartment was beautiful and spacious. It would be even better in summer as there was an outdoor area. It was great having a little room/study that could be used for suitcases. The shower was fantastic as hot water came on immediately. A great sized fridge/ freezer. A good tv but we had difficulty watching free to air stations (luckily we used our Netflix account). We were very close to Earls Court station which is so handy for all the sites ( Green line and Piccadilly line). If I went back to London I would definitely stay there again.

Very modern and spacious space! Interior looks to be recently renovated. A block away from Paddington station made for an amazing location and very convenient to explore all of London. My only complaints: - Narrow staircase for the entry. The unit sits below ground-level, and the steps to enter can be a bit small and narrow. Keep this in mind if you are traveling with elderly folks. - The heating in the hallway and secondary bathroom was a bit confusing on how to get it to stay on for long. Could just be user error on our part, though. - The en-suite bathroom is pretty tight. All this considered, I would absolutely recommend this place.

Our family of 4 stayed at Alex's place over the New Year's Holiday week. We found Alex's place a great place to rest after long days of exploring London and the surrounding areas. We found Alex's place convenient to the activities we had planned, including West End shows, dining, markets, as well as a Football match

Overall this accommodation was great. Easy to access from the airport (Heathrow, Piccadilly line to Earl's Court, 5 min walk), close to many restaurants and shops, and in a calm neighborhood. The apartment was clean and provided as advertised. The only issues we had were that the bathroom light was on 24/7 although it was supposed to be sensor controlled (we just shut the batgroom door at night), the apartment was two floors up without an elevator (was a bit of a struggle with two heavy suitcases in a quite narrow staircase), the heating system (radiators) got really hot and made some clicking noise (but they were very effective), and that the toilet seat wasn't fastened properly. But in general, those were minor details. We had a great stay (two adults, two kids) and would absolutely recommend this place to others as a base from where to explore London for a few days.
